Engagement model
- Independent contractor with ABN
- Public liability insurance minimum ten million AUD and professional indemnity preferred one million AUD
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Police Check and Working With Children Check when training minors
- Fortnightly payouts on a clear revenue share. Standard split is seventy to thirty in favour of EZMUSCLE unless otherwise agreed in writing
Minimum qualifications and experience
- Certificate IV in Fitness or equivalent
- Two or more years coaching real clients and real results
- Confident with barbell and dumbbell lifts and razor sharp technique standards
- Bonus wins include S and C, TRX, boxing, running coaching, Pilates, or rehab support
Brand standards and method
- Coach the EZMUSCLE Method with posture first precision and clear cues
- Use the EZBack Pro where suitable and teach perfect setup and intent
- Complete induction training and ongoing refreshers so every session looks and feels EZMUSCLE
- Wear EZMUSCLE aligned apparel during sessions when possible
Services and scope
- One to one, small group, mobile, gym based, and online coaching
- Online clients follow the same gold standards as in person clients
- Youth athletes, general population, older adults, and performance clients
- Corporate sessions and workshops when scheduled
Availability and location
- Mobile radius up to fifteen kilometres around your chosen area
- Reliable transport and on time every time
- Sessions may run at partner gyms including Cremorne Club in Richmond and other approved facilities. Follow all site rules
Tools and workflow
- Agile tools for scheduling, notes, and payments
- Keep session notes, programs, and progress logs inside the system
- Use brand templates for assessments, body scans, and check ins
Conduct and client care
- Professional communication inside twenty four hours
- Respect client privacy and the Australian Privacy Principles
- No harassment or discrimination
- Get written consent before photos, videos, or testimonials
Marketing and social media
- Represent the brand with pride in person and online
- Create simple proof of work content when requested such as quick form checkpoints or short clips
- Tag EZMUSCLE and follow content guidelines with client consent every time
Intellectual property and media
- Programs, templates, and brand materials are EZMUSCLE IP
- Follow EZBack Pro usage guidelines
- Media from EZMUSCLE facilities or sessions needs approval for paid ads
Non solicitation and conflicts
- Do not solicit EZMUSCLE clients for private work during the engagement and for the period set in the agreement
- Disclose conflicts and outside commitments that could affect availability or brand integrity
Safety and equipment
- Coach safely with immediate incident reporting
- Care for EZMUSCLE and partner equipment and return items when requested
Invoicing and records
- Submit accurate invoices on time with ABN and required details
- Manage your own tax and super as a contractor
Performance measures
- Client retention targets and review average of four point seven or higher
- Response time within twenty four hours
- Punctual delivery of all scheduled sessions
- Program quality checks passed during periodic reviews
