Job Details Job Location: West Hollywood, CA 90069 Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Food and Beverage Manager to support daily food and beverage operations at Petit Ermitage, a private, bohemian-inspired hotel known for its intimate atmosphere and elevated guest experience. This role is ideal for an emerging hospitality leader ready to take the next step into management and grow within a boutique hotel environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and eager to learn. You will work closely with senior leadership to support service execution, team coordination, and operational standards across our food and beverage outlets.
