Job Description We are seeking an organized and efficient F&B Admin to join our team in Sepang, Malaysia. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and supporting our F&B team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Assist in staff scheduling and part time workers. Assist in compiling and maintaining up-to-date halal documentation such as halal certificates, ingredient lists, and supplier declarations. Liaise with the Halal Executive to ensure that suppliers and products meet halal certification standards. Support internal halal audits and inspections by regulatory bodies. Process and track purchase orders. Assist in menu planning. Generate and analyze reports on sales, costs, and inventory levels. Support the F&B team in organizing and scheduling events. Maintain up-to-date records of food safety certifications and training. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards. Assist F&B operations when needed, including during peak service times, events, or staff shortages. Qualifications 1 years of experience in F&B administration or a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Basic accounting skills for budget tracking and financial reporting Outstanding customer service skills Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
