BASIC FUNCTION: The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant provides support to the F&B team by helping coordinate classes for Cook Academy, maintaining accurate records and schedules and assisting with inventory and ordering. This role plays a key part in helping both guest-facing and internal functions run more efficiently. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Cook Academy Schedule Classes for Cook Academy based on Instructor availability. Print recipe packs, manifest and ingredient list for instructors prior to class.Enter charges into Toast each day so revenue hits the correct day. Call on class inquires and advise the Chef of the request. Attend BEO Meeting Print and distribute copies of BEOs. Update BEO boards daily with updates and count changes Invoicing Code paper copies for accounting. Scan invoices into Craftable to maintain current pricing. Code XP invoices. Enter employee schedules into 7Shifts Assist in Inventory Assist with both Quarterly Food Inventory and Monthly Beverage Inventory Assist in counting items on the shelf and entering them into Craftable Place Alcohol orders: Beer Wine Liquor Pick up liquor orders and return empty bottles Benefits: At The Essex, we believe in investing in our team members' wellbeing and growth, offering a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both personal and professional development.
