REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years experience in F&B as Manager
• Diploma or Degree holder
• Possess a good tongue (able to discern taste for food QC)
• Have high standards and attention to detail
• Strong in compliance
• Dutiful and highly responsible & reliable
• Good communication skills to work closely with boss and workers
• Malaysian,indonesian, PR are welcome to apply

• Ensure food consistency and food standard from all outlets (quality control)
• Rotate between 3 outlets (Funan, ION Orchard and Bedok Mall)
• Uphold highest standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness and efficiency
• Formulate new SOP, improve existing SOP, remove unnecessary SOP and ensure compliance of all SOP
• Manage the morale & performance of staff: Retain & reward good performers, coach underperformers, and replace bad performers
• Continuously train & motivate the team to create an environment of high performance
• To resolve all technical issues at the outlets under your management
• Monitor and control outlet expenses to minimize cost
• Manage inventory for the outlets
• Interview & Hire Frontline staff
• Work closely with the director and report all issues directly
• Proactively come up with ideas to improve the sales such as seasonal promotions and menu items
