Castleknock Golf Club is currently recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team at The VUE Restaurant, which operates from Wednesday to Sunday. We have opportunities available for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Food & Beverage Manager and Supervisor in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant.
  • Deliver excellent service during restaurant operations, functions, and events.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and customer care at all times.
  • Follow all service standards and health & safety protocols consistently.
  • Carry out cellar duties on a rotational basis.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Passion for food and hospitality.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • HACCP certification is a plus (training can be provided).
