OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage operations, including catering, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
