OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will assist in various aspects of food and beverage operations, including catering, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food safety.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Work Location: In perso

• Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages in accordance with established standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and responding to guest inquiries.
• Support catering events by setting up dining areas, serving meals, and clearing tables post-service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise during service.
• Uphold food safety standards by properly storing, handling, and disposing of food items as required.
• Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving alcoholic beverages responsibly.
