Main Duties:

• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine.
• Take orders promptly and clearly and ensure correct till operations are adhered to.
• Strive to have a complete knowledge of all elements of the food and beverage products.
• Daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, hovering and moping of floors/cleaning of equipment such as coffee machines/ using glass washers and to carry out extra duties such as deep cleaning as required.
• Ensure compliance, at all times, of all relevant legislation relating to weights and measures, licensing and under-age drinking.
