We are now looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is an advantage, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent service in our restaurant, bar, and function areas. You will support the team in ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience, while maintaining high standards of presentation, efficiency, and customer care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Support bar service when required.
• Handle guest queries and requests promptly and with a positive attitude.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and comply with health & safety regulations.
• Work as part of the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
