    Paramount Personnel are seeking an F+B Assistant to join its client, a well established luxury Hotel in the Kingsbridge area. The successful F+B Assistant will report directly to the Restaurant Manager, and will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
    Reporting directly to the F+B Manager, the successful candidate will have responsibilities to assist in the smooth running of both the bar and restaurant areas, and will be experienced in a hospitality setting.

F+B Assistant responsibilities will include;

  • Ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the best hospitality service and care during their time.
  • To ensure all complaints are minimised, and to handle effectively.
  • Ensure effective control of stock in supervisors absence.
  • Make customers aware of offers on all food and drink offerings.
  • Work with the Manager/Supervisor in ensuring all sales performances are exceeded.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, meeting all 5* standards.
