• Previous Food Beverage hotel or Restaurant experience is desired
• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.

THE ROLE

As a Food Beverage Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and efficient service to all hotel guests, neighbours and visitors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome, greet, and look after guests from the moment they arrive in the restaurant until they leave
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Resolve complaints or issues guests might have
• Maintain friendly and professional service at all time
• Upsell and maximise sales and revenue
