OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to support both our breakfast service and bar operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, with a strong focus on food safety and customer satisfaction. .

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
  • A willingness to learn new skills related to bartending, food preparation, and catering services.
