We are posting an ad on behalf of our client, Berida Hotel.
Position: F&B Attendant
Location: Bowral, NSW 2576
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus Superannuation

As a F&B Attendant, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting and arranging tables
• Greeting customers and presenting them with menus and beverages lists
• Taking orders and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serving food and beverages
• Opening bottles and pouring beverages
• Clearing tables and returning dishes and cutlery to kitchen
• Removing empty bottles and used glasses from tables, and refilling and replacing glasses
• Delivering exceptional Customer Service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the service area
• Collecting payments for sales and operating POS machine and cash register

To qualify for this role, you must have:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Relevant qualification(s) in the culinary field
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
