Responsibilities
  • Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with polished presentation
  • Set trays/tables according to W standards and guest preferences
  • Refill and charge minibars following correct procedures
  • Communicate with the kitchen about timings, special requests, and dietary needs
  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and equipment
  • Complete opening & closing duties including restocking and setup
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver Whatever/Whenever® service
