Key Responsibilities Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our restaurant standards, anticipating and addressing guests service needs. Serve food and beverage orders to all guests. Complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Knowledgeable in the Step of Service. Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas. Complete closing duties. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of the service area and restaurant. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Check station assigned, prior to opening, for cleanliness of tables and chairs, proper setup of tabletop. Have necessary equipment to work with: tray, pen, corkscrew, etc. Knowledgeable of all menu items, their garnishes, contents and preparation methods. Prepared to answer guest questions about the menu in a direct, concise way. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the supervisor. Complete safety training and certifications. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to reach common goals. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. Qualifications Hospitality oriented Previous experience as an attendant or in a similar role in a restaurant, bar in hospitality. Able to handle difficult situations effectively Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure Must be able to lift to 25 pounds Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
