Job Description Provide professional food and beverage service at the Pool Bar and poolside area Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering attentive service Maintain pool safety awareness, reporting any hazards or concerns to supervisors immediately Ensure hygiene standards and cleanliness are consistently maintained in the bar and pool area Upsell beverages, snacks, and promotions to enhance guest experiences and revenue Support in inventory control, stock rotation, and proper handling of bar equipment and supplies Work closely with the F&B team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Previous experience in F&B service or bar operations is an advantage Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to speak Thai is required; basic English communication is an advantage Knowledge of poolside safety procedures preferred Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Additional Information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
