May 15 – October 15 Requirements: Work 5 days per week. Weekends and holidays required Pay: $20 per hour, plus tips Summary Lahontan is a renowned private golf club and lifestyle community providing members and guests with an exceptional experience in an atmosphere of casual mountain elegance. As a member of the Lahontan Food and Beverage Team, the Bartender provides professional beverage service while maintaining compliance with California alcohol service laws and club standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards Verify guest age and follow responsible beverage service practices Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Monitor guest consumption and notify management of concerns Restock bar supplies and assist with inventory & putting away orders Maintain a professional appearance and service demeanor QualificationsQualifications Minimum age 21 California Responsible Beverage Service certification required within 60 days of hire California Food Handler Card required within 30 days of hire if handling food Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 to 50 pounds
