Job Title: Branch Manager
Reports To: Operations Manager
Department: Front of the House
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and performance of the branch. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, achievement of sales and service targets, adherence to company policies, and delivery of excellent customer service. The Branch Manager leads, trains, and motivates the team to maximize productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and customer service targets.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to maintain high performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
  • Oversee inventory, cash flow, and expense management to maintain profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on branch performance, sales, and expenses.
  • Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times.
  • Represent the branch in the community and build strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in UAE.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and implement improvements.
  • Knowledge of financial and operational management.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
