Job Description :
We are an innovative Korean fusion restaurant brand that integrates traditional flavors with modern dining experiences. As we continue to expand and refine our brand in the Singapore F&B scene, we are looking for an F&B Brand Manager to lead and shape our brand strategy, drive customer engagement, and manage marketing operations both online and offline.

Job Requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B marketing, brand management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and customer psychology.
  • Experience working with social media, influencer marketing, and customer engagement tools.
  • Passionate about food, hospitality, and storytelling through visual and experiential branding.
  • Creative, analytical, and detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) and digital platforms is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is an advantage (to liaise with content creators and regional vendors)

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute branding strategies to elevate the brand image and positioning in the competitive F&B market.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Google).
  • Collaborate with chefs and operations teams to plan seasonal promotions and signature menu campaigns.
  • Build and maintain brand partnerships, influencer marketing programs, and customer loyalty strategies.
  • Oversee visual branding assets including in-store materials, social media content, and design elements.
  • Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and brand sentiment to enhance guest experience.
  • Prepare monthly reports on marketing performance, ROI, and brand engagement metrics.
  • Plan new outlet launches or pop-up collaborations in alignment with brand direction.
