1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1a. Market Analysis & Strategy. Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities, and potential partnerships. Develop actionable strategies to expand the business.
1b. New Product Development. Work closely with chefs, suppliers, and marketing teams to conceptualize and introduce new products or services that align with consumer trends and enhance the brand’s offerings.
1c. Revenue Growth. Identify opportunities to increase sales, expand into new markets, and improve profitability through innovative product offerings, pricing strategies, and targeted promotions.
1d. Partnerships & Networking. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, third-party vendors, corporate clients, and other potential business partners to expand the F&B network and secure new business deals.
1e. Brand Development & Marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote F&B offerings, increase customer engagement, and enhance brand visibility.
3. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SATISFACTION
3a. Customer Feedback & Improvement. Develop mechanisms to gather customer feedback, resolve complaints, and continuously improve the overall dining experience based on insights and suggestions.
3b. Service Standards. Establish, communicate, and monitor clear customer service expectations, ensuring that staff members deliver a consistent, positive, and personalized customer experience.
