You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening customer partnerships, expanding market presence, and ensuring operational excellence across the region. This role carries full accountability for business performance, including P&L delivery, commercial execution, customer retention, and the development of a high-performing team Your Role at a Glance: Strategic Leadership: develop and execute the regional growth strategy, ensuring strong top-line revenue and profitability, aligned with Diversey’s long-term vision for the F&B Industrial segment People Leadership: lead, inspire, and develop a team of commercial and technical professionals. Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture that drives business results Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers - including plant managers, QA/QC leaders, engineering heads, and supply chain teams—to strengthen loyalty and expand Diversey’s footprint Business Development: collaborate closely with the technical team to identify and grow opportunities across strategic sectors such as beverage manufacturing, dairy, breweries, meat/poultry processing, and ready-to-eat food production Customer Satisfaction & Service Excellence: work cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Customer Service to ensure that customer expectations are consistently met with excellence and speed Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field; an MBA would be an advantage Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales with senior management responsibility, ideally in Business Development or Technical Sales within the Food & Beverage sector Proven record of driving sales growth and managing complex industrial customers Strong P&L ownership experience Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams Knowledge of export procedures for Vietnam & Indochina Excellent English communication skills Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software Willing to travel extensively across Vietnam and Indochina What We Offer: A leadership role in a high-growth, high-impact industrial market Competitive compensation and performance-based rewards Continuous learning and development programs Opportunities for regional and global career progression We understand that candidates will not meet every single desired job requirement.
