Job Description Assist the F&B Supervisor whenever required Supervise and coordinate activities of Heartists personnel Greet and interact with guests, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally. Ensure consistent high-level service and customer satisfaction Manage Heartists schedules and handle operational logistics Liaise between the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly Maintain inventory and report needs for supplies and equipment Train new Heartists and conduct regular team meetings Implement and monitor health and safety protocols Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in F&B service Strong understanding of hospitality service standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage stressful situations and resolve conflicts Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction Excellent organizational and team management skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
