POSITION SUMMARY F&B Captain is a leader on the dining room floor and a guardian of service excellence, responsible for orchestrating a seamless and elevated fine dining experience within a luxury French Mediterranean restaurant. Acting as a refined host and mentor, the Captain ensures that every service moment reflects precision, elegance, and the highest standards of luxury hospitality. With a strong command of fine dining service rituals, the Captain oversees daily operations on the floor, guides and supports the service team, and ensures flawless coordination between front-of-house, kitchen, and beverage teams. Through attentive supervision and intuitive guest engagement, the Captain anticipates needs, resolves concerns with discretion, and delivers personalized experiences that exceed expectations. The Captain upholds impeccable standards of presentation, professionalism, and service consistency, while inspiring the team to perform at the highest level. By combining leadership, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of culinary and beverage offerings, the Captain plays a pivotal role in preserving the restaurant’s refined atmosphere, strengthening guest loyalty, and embodying the prestige and identity of a world-class fine dining establishment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
