Supervise and coordinate the activities of waiters, bartenders, and hostesses during assigned shifts. Ensure smooth daily operations of Hills Pool Deck, maintaining service excellence and guest satisfaction. Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring personalized and memorable dining experiences. Monitor service standards, presentation, and adherence to brand guidelines. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. Conduct daily briefings and allocate staff duties according to business levels. Ensure all orders are accurately entered into the POS system and billing procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with UAE regulations. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the bar and kitchen, and report shortages. Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance and upselling techniques. Ensure upselling of food, beverages, and promotions to maximize revenue. Assist management in achieving departmental targets and KPIs. Ensure proper cash handling and closing procedures are followed. Salary Band Competitive Salary provided - AED 2,000 Service Charge Average - AED 700 Accommodation provided at Al Khail Gate Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or upscale restaurant. Previous experience in pool bar or outdoor dining operations is preferred. Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and sequence of service. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
