Greet guests warmly and promptly with eye contact and enthusiasm while providing quick and efficient service. Handle guests' money transactions quickly and efficiently in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals. Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures within Food & Beverage department at Hollywood Casino. Knowledge of and strict adherence to PLCB and RG standards. Accurate and efficient use of POS system. Knowledge of all daily specials and menu items and their preparation. Handle any guest complaints and resolve them quickly and courteously. Answer guest questions and direct concerns to appropriate member of management. BRING US YOUR BEST. We will provide any necessary training for this position. Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests. Must have the ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating and maintenance instructions. Must have the ability to perform basic math skills. Must have the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a positive, courteous manner. Basic computer knowledge.
