WE LOVE OUR WORK. Responsible for providing prompt, friendly and courteous cashier service to our guests. Essential Functions - Supply guests with information on services available on property. - Assist the guests in any way possible and direct guests to tables. - Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions. - Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended. - Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations. - Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions. - Comply with all health and safety standards. - Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis. - Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures. - May have to access gaming systems. - Attend meetings as scheduled. - Other job related duties as assigned.
