Assist in monitoring F&B budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met. Coordinate communication between the F&B department and other hotel departments for effective teamwork. Assist in managing reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries related to F&B services. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote F&B offerings and drive revenue. Handle administrative tasks, including document preparation, reports, and correspondence. Act as a liaison between the F&B department and external vendors or suppliers.
