Your day to day   People * Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed and recommend revisions. * Maintain at all times the highest standards of social skills. * Recommend or initiate any HR elated actions where needed.    Guest Experience * Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages or transfer calls to appropriate individuals * Greet visitors and colleagues, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs. * Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies. * Open, read, route and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letter. * Effectively carry out service recoveries or charge our colleagues to do so to ensure guest’s satisfaction.    Responsible Business * Operate office equipment such as copy machines, phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management and other applications. * Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. * Compose, type and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence and reports. * Set up and maintain paper and electronic filling systems for records, correspondence and other materials. * Be fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures * Have a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and F&B day to day activites * Report any maintenance faults following the required steps.   Accountabilities * In this role I will behave in a professional manner and set an example for all.
