Descrizione del lavoro As Food and Beverage Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following duties: Follow the posted opening and closing duties Take accurate and complete reservations Provide excellent service at all times Set and maintain the dining room environment and materials perfectly clean Have a good knowledge of menu items to assist guests when needed Assist guests and colleagues courteously and efficiently Use the guest’s name appropriately and communicate it to restaurant colleagues and managers so they can do the same Assist in seating guests Support restaurant colleagues in preparing for service Communicate important information with colleagues (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, special requests) Handle reservations and prepayments for special events, holiday brunches, wine dinners, cooking classes, etc. Coordinate set menus for small groups and distribute copies of the event form accordingly Maintain menu cleanliness and print menus as needed Inform restaurant managers daily about the reservation forecast Share information about upcoming events with the Concierge team Assist in monitoring all guest needs Confirm daily reservations and inform the Chef accordingly Record guest preferences Check daily preferences of regular guests and update the service list Qualifiche As Food and Beverage Coordinator, we expect from you: Ability to stand for long periods of time Knowledge of the Seltz program is required. Good computer skills and strong organizational and administrative abilities Excellent attention to detail Excellent grooming and hygiene at all times A good level of English is preferred.
