Responsibilities

· Responsible for the short and long-term planning of the food and beverage controlling and pricing aspects.
· Responsible for calculating cost of food and beverage items.
· Monitoring and updating cost estimates to ensure that costs are within the expected range.
· Reviewing expense reports to ensure that expenses are reasonable and appropriate for the circumstances.
· Conducting cost analyses to identify areas where costs can be reduced or eliminated.
· Monitoring budgets to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels.
· Preparing reports to the management regarding costs and expenses.
· Responsible for the effective control over food and beverage inventory, cost management and wastages.
· Conduct weekly, monthly and year-end inventory count and prepare inventory variance report.
· Any other task as assigned by the management.
