Responsible for Completing all dishes in a timely . Sweep/Mop/Power wash floors to include base boards. Clean/filter/dump fryers on a set schedule. Ensure the EDR is swept, mopped and clear of clutter. Normal and deep cleaning of inside/outside of ovens, inside/outside of hoods, flat top, broilers, under and behind coolers, counters and tables, wall, ceiling, and any and all items that come into contact with food and food preparation. Ensure proper storage of equipment, chemicals and restaurant supplies in compliance with departmental, company and OSHA standards, in the dish and pot rooms, kitchens, mop rooms and trash dock. This includes but is not limited to china, glassware, silverware, trash cans, trash dumpsters, pots & pans. Ensure the proper stocking and restocking of all food line china and utensils before, during and after the restaurant hours of operation. Maintain the cleanliness of the Backstage Cafe area including stocking dishes, food items, napkins, cups, etc. Ensure all assignments are completed each shift. Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity.
