Wakamama is seeking to hire an Executive Director, a leader who is visionary, mission-focused, results-oriented, a team builder, collaborator with a strong sense of stewardship.

REQUIREMENTS

• Senior management and leadership experience, preferred in the plant based alternatives foods; with proven track record in working with both internal and external stakeholders
• Previous fundraising experience and strong donor relations skills would be useful
• Experience working with Boards, armed with knowledge of governance/compliance regulations
• Experience working with NGOs or non-profits would be an advantage
• Strong written and oral communication skills
