JOB SUMMARY
We are now inviting applications for a friendly and social Food & Beverage Duty Manager to oversee daily shift operations and staff supervision in the Deco lounge. Responsibilities include promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintaining standards, assisting servers during peak periods, and managing liquor inventories. The role focuses on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction, legal compliance, and training, while also assisting in other outlets when needed. Additionally, you will respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements, set up banquet areas/rooms, ensure cleanliness and proper setup of furniture/equipment, inspect and maintain table setups for cleanliness, neatness, and agreement with group requirements and company standards, and resolve any problems. You will also document pertinent information in the appropriate department logbook.
