We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Duty Manager who is ready to step into a key leadership role and make a real impact on the guest experience. In this role, you will take ownership of evening operations across our bar, restaurant, and conference spaces. You will be trusted to run the shift, lead the team from the floor, and ensure everything flows smoothly from start to finish. This is a role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in getting the details right. You will play an important part in delivering memorable service, whether it is a busy dinner service, a conference event, or a guest needing assistance. No two shifts are the same, and your ability to stay organised, proactive, and calm under pressure will set you apart.
