Our Food & Beverage Service Team are the final piece of the puzzle, they are sophisticated hosts with an instinctive ability to anticipate guests’ needs by being in the right place at the right time and delivering a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond - creating memorable moments for our guests. Job Description Mise en Place: for meetings, luncheons, receptions, dinners, bars,etc Set up rooms for meetings Guest Engagement: Greet and welcome guests, responding courteously to requests. Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages in accordance with senior staff expectations, ensuring consistency. Cleanliness and Safety: Clear dishes and glasses, maintaining designated areas; uphold health and safety standards by keeping the environment hazard-free. Support Teamwork: Assist colleagues to enhance guest experiences; collaborate across departments when needed. POS Management: Process orders using the EMMA POS system and maintain accurate records. Operational Duties: Perform opening/closing procedures and manage room service tasks, including VIP setups. Sales Focus: Actively seek opportunities to up-sell food and beverages. Meetings and Compliance: Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to all laws regarding alcohol service. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Basic knowledge on food and wine Additional Information This is a temporary role which is initially offered for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
