As an F&B Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences in our food and beverage outlets. Coordinate opening and closing duties, ensuring all settings meet standards and procedures Supervise and mentor junior team members and casual staff Manage restaurant reservations and cancellations efficiently Take and deliver food and beverage orders according to guest preferences and service standards Implement and maintain food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Upsell and promote food and beverage offerings to maximize sales revenue Provide personalized service by remembering patron names and preferences Assist in inventory management and supply requisitions Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards and operational efficiency Qualifications Proven experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences Leadership abilities with experience in training and mentoring team members Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi or other local languages is a plus Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Additional Information 3-5 Years of experience in F&B Service with branded hotels.
