As an F&B Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving operational excellence. Manage and coordinate all aspects of food and beverage operations across our outlets Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue Oversee menu planning, pricing, and cost control measures to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Train, mentor, and motivate F&B staff to deliver exceptional service Collaborate with the culinary team to create exciting and locally-inspired menu offerings Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement Assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices in F&B operations Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Diploma in a related field Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, with a focus on local cuisine and dining preferences Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for service quality and presentation Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and motivation Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with food safety regulations and HACCP principles Experience in menu planning, cost control, and budgeting Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Professional appearance and grooming standards Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving customer satisfaction
