This position is responsible for safely operating and maintaining carts used to transport guests and equipment, while providing friendly and responsive service. This role helps ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable environment for all guests. ---------------------------------------- ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Operate carts safely to transport guests and equipment throughout the property * Provide friendly, responsive customer service and assist guests as needed * Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on carts * Ensure carts are clean, fueled/charged, and in proper working condition * Assist with event setup and breakdown, including equipment transport * Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly * Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth operations ---------------------------------------- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed ---------------------------------------- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Previous experience in hospitality or customer service * Familiarity with operating electric or gas-powered carts * Basic mechanical skills for minor equipment maintenance ---------------------------------------- SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Strong customer service and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and commitment to safety * Effective communication and teamwork skills * Ability to work independently and stay organized * Basic mechanical aptitude (preferred)
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for safely operating carts to transport guests and equipment across the property while delivering friendly and responsive customer service.
