Your new day-to-day: Lead and supervise SkyPoint Attendants during events, ensuring exceptional customer service and guest interaction. Lead day-to-day shift operations in our Bistro & Bar as well as in Guest Services, ensuring smooth service delivery. Manage staff breaks and ensure efficient rostering to maintain adequate service coverage at all times. Conduct pre-shift briefings, communicating key operational updates, menu changes, and daily objectives to the team. Oversee event setup, operation, and pack down. Manual handling tasks are heavily included in this position. Provide training for event and F&B staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet event demands. Ensure venue and event spaces meet cleanliness and presentation standards before, during, and after events.
