Heckfield Place is a beautifully restored hotel on a 400-acre farm in the county of Hampshire, just outside of London. In Marle and Hearth restaurants, we prepare food and drink that celebrates simplicity, the seasons, and a sense of place. We’re honoured to hold a green Michelin star at Marle
Front of House is currently looking for a Host to join our F&B Team.

Position responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  • Helping the Head Host to co-ordination of reservations and table allocation, by researching the customers and updating the Reservation system
  • Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests
  • Manage table reservations in efficient and timely manner.
  • Experience of working within, or desire to work within a high – end restaurants.
  • Complete daily opening and closing procedures as per operating manual for all restaurant outlets.
  • Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guests needs are met and communicated in efficient and timely manner.
  • Review all reservations for each shift and assign suitable tables.
  • Maintain a good knowledge of all aspects of Heckfield Place and its operations.
  • Have and excellent attention to detail with good computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to details and personal presentation.
