Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting Hosts/Hostesses to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service organization in any of our four outlets.

• This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
• The starting date is estimated in June

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome guests and be the hotel ambassador.
• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Ensure recognition of guests, anticipate needs based on their preferences using the internal company tools.
• Escort them to assigned dining area, present menus and announce waiter’s name to ensure smooth handoff to the F&B experts.
• Answer incoming calls, emails, manage special requests and provide appropriate service.
• Manage guests’ requests and complaints in line with Standard Operating Procedures and using the internal company system.
• Manage the flow of guests into the F&B outlets areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures and hotel identity guidelines.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
