About the role: This role combines reservation management with hosting duties, requiring exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to the Four Seasons service standards. What you will do: Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a courteous and professional manner. Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s reservation system. Confirm bookings, manage special requests, and communicate guest preferences to the operations team. Optimize seating arrangements to maximize revenue while maintaining guest comfort. Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Ensure guests feel valued and attended to throughout their dining experience. Manage the flow of guests during peak hours and maintain an organized reception area. Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating when necessary. Liaise with kitchen and service teams regarding guest requirements. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards in the reception and dining areas. Support F&B management in implementing Four Seasons service standards consistently. Prepare daily reservation reports and coordinate with the F&B team for smooth operations. What you bring: Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with reservation systems and POS software (OpenTable experience is a plus). Professional appearance and positive attitude aligned with Four Seasons standards.
