The Role We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members. He or she needs to become an extension of our vision, to be able to understand our ethics & policies, to seize them and apply them within their everyday life. To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and be willing to provide a home away from home. We are building an environment where personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space. We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one of a kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism. To be successful in this role you will have to: Greet customers upon their departure Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Assign tables to guests depending on party size, waiter/waitress availability Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas Maintain a clean reception area Respond to complaints and help to resolve them Posses strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area Work well as part of a team and on individual tasks Posses excellent communication skills Show the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work experience of 2 years in a similar position in upscale, high-end restaurant or hotel Excellent knowledge of English.
