Job Description Villa Nautica is seeking a well-presented and service-oriented F&B Hostess to provide a warm and welcoming first impression for our guests. The role is responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and supporting smooth restaurant operations while ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet guests courteously upon arrival and ensure a positive first impression. Manage restaurant reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a professional manner. Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and preferences with professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas. Assist in managing peak-time operations to ensure guest comfort and minimal waiting times. Support F&B service standards and comply with resort policies and procedures. Promote outlet concepts, special menus, and ongoing promotions to guests. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage. Minimum 2 Years experience in a similar role within a hotel or resort environment. Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong guest-service orientation and professional appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, confident, and well-organized. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Attention to detail and guest preferences.
