Job Description Guest Service & Hosting Greeting and welcome guests warmly, responding to requests in a courteous and professional manner. Anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining or event experience. Upsell food and beverage options were appropriate. Follow and complete operational checklists when utilized. Buffet Setup & Maintenance Set up breakfast, lunch, dinner and event buffets according to brand standards and outlet requirements. Refill and replenish buffet items throughout service periods, ensuring presentation and freshness. Maintain cleanliness and organization of buffet areas, including utensils and serving stations. Food & Beverage Service Serve food and beverages in accordance with our brand standards. Provide the best possible service to our guests with a “Yes I Can” attitude in all outlets of operation. Clear tables, crockery, cutlery, and glassware promptly and efficiently placing crockery, cutlery and glassware in their respective boxes. Assist with room service deliveries and collection when required. Outlet & Event Support Prepare mise en place for restaurants, bars, and meeting/event spaces. Set up rooms and bars as per function sheets or supervisor instructions. Assist with A/V setup for events when needed. Maintain cleanliness of floors, bars, and service areas during and after operations. Operational Duties Operate POS systems for charging food and drinks. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions. Be flexible to work across different outlets as assigned by management. Skills & Requirements Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Knowledge of health and safety standards in food service. Professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards. Additional Notes This role requires flexibility across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and meeting/event spaces.
