Description

The F&B Management Trainee will undergo a structured training program to gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in all aspects of food and beverage operations. The role is designed to prepare the trainee for future supervisory or managerial positions within the department.

  • Assist in daily operations across all F&B outlets (restaurant, bar, banqueting, room service).
  • Ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in rotational training and complete all assigned modules.
  • Learn and apply company standards, service procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Interact with guests and handle feedback professionally.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and stock management.
  • Prepare basic operational and sales reports when required.
  • Support supervisors and managers in daily tasks and leadership responsibilities.Contribute ideas to improve service and operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Strong passion for the F&B industry and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and a team player.
