Job Description Assists in implementing the brand and hotel strategy, in order to meet targets for quality of service, attitude and profitability for the Food & Beverage departments. Has managerial responsibility for all the positions in his or her remit; ensures the team's talents are developed. Is responsible for providing innovation and renewal in the hotel's service offer, with particular focus on meetings and events. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant and banquet management role Proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and costs including payroll and expenses Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with excellent English written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail Understand guest expectation for a five star property Able to animate our main outlet Embers Open Fire Grill Restaurant as an independent restaurant focusing on outside clientele Job-Category: Food & Beverage Job Type: Temporary Job Schedule: Full-Time
