Make it your next move. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing profitability and efficiency. Lead and manage all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet operations Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts and menus to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue Oversee inventory management, cost control measures, and budget planning for the F&B department Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures Recruit, train, and mentor F&B staff to maintain high service standards and foster a positive work environment Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize pricing strategies and promotional activities Collaborate with other departments to create seamless guest experiences and support hotel-wide initiatives Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to keep the F&B offerings competitive and appealing *Positions are open for Malaysians & Permanent Resident only.
