We are currently seeking an F&B Manager for our operations in Chania, Crete. Some of the responsibilities: Oversees the entire operation of the FnB outlets Closely works with the Hotel Manager and the above property management to continually enhance and advance the hotel’s services and operations Ensures SOP implementation in FnB departments Ensures that the FnB operational staff and managers/supervisors are properly trained according to Marriott standards and the hotel’s code of conduct and are able to carry out the operations of each function of their department offering top tier services to our guests Ensures food & beverage quality and has effectively forecasted FnB needs Works with FnB staff to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures Responsible for all the FnB staff appearance, hygiene and attitude to their colleagues Arranges and keeps track of maintenance and repair of equipment and other services when needed Organizes our monthly inventory records based on the internal inventory procedures Excellent knowledge in HACCP & ISO procedures Participates in the yearly budget preparation, takes corrective actions when required Maintains records and prepares reports on a weekly and monthly basis on operating costs, budget, forecasts Maintains budget and employee records Handles effectively guests complains Participates in staff recruitment Useful to have: Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.
