F&B Manager

An international coffeeshop franchise based in Dubai is seeking an F&B Manager to run and supervise retail branches across the Emirates, while ensuring high service standards, customer service, smooth daily postings across all outlets, as well as expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations management - Oversee daily F&B activities, service flow, and quality.
• Team leadership - Manage staffing, training, performance, and scheduling.
• Customer service experience - Maintain the highest quality of hospitality and customer care standards. 
• Cost and inventory control - Monitor stock, reduce wastage, and support budget targets.
• Compliance - Ensure hygiene, food safety, and regulatory adherence.
